  1. I am very interested in hemp and cbd. How would you add hemp seeds to your meal? Do you eat them dry, soak them, grind them up in smoothies?

    Also, how do you determine the dose of cbd oil? Do you take it multiple times a day or in one dose? I would imagine that you take it throughout the day for anxiety and at bedtime for sleep. What do you think?

      I will suggest as normal recommended dosage to be 2 times a day drops under the tongue wait for 15 seconds to gobble up or swallow-it. Remember everyone is different for example a person with certain conditions up to 10mg per day.
